Chapter Lead Data Analyst

ING Netherlands is seeking an experienced Chapter Lead Data Analyst to join our Wholesale Banking Analytics team. As a key member of our tribe, you will play a crucial role in creating a data-driven culture and delivering valuable insights that drive business impact.

About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned data professional with a passion for people management and mentoring. As a Chapter Lead Data Analyst, you will be responsible for developing a high-performing data analyst team, working closely with stakeholders across the organization, and delivering high-quality data analysis to inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage a team of data analysts, providing coaching and mentoring to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver data analysis that informs decision-making.
  • Collaborate with data engineers and data scientists to build analytics products and solutions.
  • Support business stakeholders in their decision-making by providing insights driven from data.
  • Develop and maintain data visualization tools and reports to communicate insights effectively.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in data analysis, data visualization, or statistics.
  • Strong experience in data analytics tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, Cognos.
  • Proficiency in SQL and Python programming languages.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
