About the Role
TenneT is a leading energy company driving the energy transition. We are seeking a skilled Warranty Manager to join our team at our Arnhem location.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage warranty cases, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Coordinate with contractors, exchanging data and communicating effectively.
- Utilize project management tools, such as Think Project, to track and report on warranty claims.
- Provide periodic status updates and coordinate with internal stakeholders.
- Participate in clarifying discussions with contractors to resolve warranty claims.
- Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure defects are properly registered and documented.
- Consult with operational engineers and technicians to resolve warranty claims.
Requirements
- Master's Degree or Diploma in Natural Science or Engineering or comparable qualification.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to manage uncertainties.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Think Project.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to convince others with arguments.
- Fluency in Dutch and English (both written and spoken), with German a plus.
- Ability to travel as needed to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
