Siemens Industry Software Netherlands B.V. is seeking a Product Manager to lead our teams for our Simcenter Prescan product, within the Autonomy solution domain's organization.

This role provides an exciting opportunity to drive the development of the solution for autonomous driving and deliver a customer-centric product that meets the needs of key customers. You will be at the forefront of defining product roadmaps and strategies that create innovative technologies to enhance customer value and facilitate market adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute product roadmaps and strategies to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that meet customer needs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define product requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.

Requirements:

  • MSc or BSc with relevant experience in product management or related field.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and the assertiveness to get things done.
  • Ability to motivate and work well with diverse, cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent theoretical skills and the ability to discuss and convince stakeholders across all levels and various cultural backgrounds.
