Sales PositionWe are seeking an experienced Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team in the Netherlands. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for managing and expanding our customer base in the Dutch market.
Main Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve growth targets and expand our customer base.
- Independently acquire new business clients, particularly in the bike fleet and e-bike sectors.
- Prepare proposals and negotiate contracts in collaboration with our team.
- Represent SMARTVÉLO at trade fairs and events to strengthen brand presence.
- Conduct market research and identify trends to create new business opportunities.
- Initial experience in sales, ideally in mobility, bicycles, or related industries.
- Fluent in Dutch and English; German is a plus.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills with a keen sense of customer needs.
- Willingness to travel occasionally within the Netherlands and to Germany.
- Self-driven and structured working style with high intrinsic motivation.
