- Performance Management: Conduct performance and evaluation interviews, manage absence, and ensure a clean and safe working environment.
- Leadership Experience: Previous experience in a leadership role, preferably in a logistics or supply chain environment.
- Availability: Full-time and flexible availability to meet the demands of the role.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in Dutch and English is mandatory.
