Marketing Data Analyst Job Description

Ring of Security B.V. is seeking a skilled Marketing Data Analyst to join our Business Intelligence and Analytics team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies to enhance marketing effectiveness and budget efficiency
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to analyze and optimize SEO, funnel analysis, and attribution models
  • Research industry best practices and stay up-to-date with the latest tracking trends and analytical measurement tools
  • Create and maintain marketing-related Tableau dashboards to provide actionable insights
  • Work with the data engineering team to maintain and enhance the internal marketing data platform and data models
  • Ensure data quality and integrity by exploring and reviewing internal and external marketing data sources
  • Conduct ad hoc research and root cause analyses to identify areas for improvement
  • Support the preparation of quarterly business review documents and facilitate data supply to the CMO
Requirements:
  • Experience in tax, finance, or a related analytical field
  • Proficiency in Excel (including VBA, pivot tables, array functions, power pivots, etc.) and data visualization tools such as Tableau
  • Experience in business or financial analysis
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Ability to define requirements and use data and metrics to draw business insights
  • Experience with SQL and making business recommendations
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in financial/business analysis
