We are seeking a Lead Research Coordinator to become part of the Faculty of Education in a fixed-term role. In this capacity, you will oversee and execute a variety of responsibilities associated with the Programme for International Student Assessment (PISA) 2025 initiative in Hong Kong. Your duties will include managing sampling processes, conducting training sessions, performing data analysis, ensuring data quality, and liaising with various stakeholders. Additionally, you may be tasked with other related responsibilities as needed.
- A Bachelor's degree or higher in a field related to education
- At least 3 years of experience in educational research and large-scale assessments
- Excellent project management capabilities
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
