Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Strategic Finance Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our Finance department, you will be responsible for driving and optimizing the financial performance of our Seed Operations function.
Your key focus areas will include:
- Managing the plan-to-perform cycle, including best-in-class reporting, budgeting, and forecasting across regions, countries, business lines, crops, and crop segments;
- Acting as a business and sparring partner for our Functional Director and Senior Management;
- Supporting the development, implementation, and monitoring of strategies and actions for our function and crops;
- Leading and driving functional business development activities, such as business cases and M&A activities;
- Developing and building capability with regional and local Business Controllers and/or Finance Managers.
You will be a trusted advisor to our Senior Management team, providing strategic input and contributing to the right decision-making. Your analytical and strategic mindset, combined with your experience in an international and multi-cultural work environment, will enable you to make a significant impact on our business.

Requirements- At least 10 years of professional experience as a Finance Business Partner, preferably in a supply chain context;
- Experience in an international and multi-cultural work environment;
- An analytical and strategic mindset, with the ability to challenge people in the organization to continuously improve on strategic performance;
- Proven stakeholder management capabilities at all levels, with the ability to make impact and influence Senior Management;
- A team player with high integrity, a personal and professional point of view, and a strong work ethic;
- Curiosity, innovation, energy, and self-confidence;
- Proficiency in the English language;
- The ambition to challenge yourself and grow within the company.
