The Global Media Procurement Manager will be responsible for driving effectiveness and efficiency in our media spend, extracting value from our A&P investment while driving superior topline growth. This role requires a strong understanding of the media industry, including media planning and buying, digital media, and ad tech.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive media transparency initiatives, including media audits and ad verification, to maximize the impact of our media investment.
- Identify and manage best-in-class tools for media campaign management and owned social activities, in partnership with IT and business partners.
- Manage media agencies, publishers, and social/community management agencies, providing support with media, digital, and social agency management.
- Support retail media initiatives, including partnerships with key publishers and data solutions providers.
Requirements
- 10+ years of professional media procurement experience, with a strong understanding of media marketing and/or media agency/media auditing.
- Collaborative and well-versed in forging strong alliances to support business growth.
- Highly developed communication and influencing skills, with excellent negotiation skills and a fact-based approach.
- Strategic vision, with the ability to be hands-on/entrepreneurial and comfortable dealing with ambiguity.
- Fluent in English, with French as an asset.
