Job Title: Global Media Procurement Manager

The Global Media Procurement Manager will be responsible for driving effectiveness and efficiency in our media spend. The goal is to extract value from our A&P investment while driving superior topline growth.

This role has been designed to address the evolution of the marketing industry and the blurred lines within topline categories. The individual will create synergies between media and marketing categories by focusing on the following areas and activities:

  • Media Transparency: support the deployment of initiatives such as media audits and ad verification to ensure we maximize the impact of our media investment.
  • Martech: identify and manage best-in-class tools for operating and reporting media campaigns and owned social activities.
  • Agencies and Partners Management: identify and manage media agencies, publishers, and social/community management agencies in close partnership with business partners.
  • Retail media: support initiatives to integrate specialist agencies, strike partnerships with key publishers, and data solutions providers to drive our retail media strategy.

The successful candidate will drive this change through:

  • Fostering efficiency and effectiveness of the media spend.
  • Deploying and leading commercial relationships with digital/media/social/data sourcing solutions partners.
  • Capturing supplier-led innovation from Tech Houses, Media Publishers, and media/social agencies.
  • Forging strong relationships with the business to understand market pressures, transformation challenges, and opportunities.
  • Developing new innovative sourcing strategies identifying opportunities based on business needs.

The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to continuous learning and skill development.

Key Requirements:

  • 10+ years professional media procurement experience.
  • Strong media industry-specific experience.
  • Collaborative and well-versed in forging strong alliances.
  • Highly developed communication and influencing skills.
  • Strategic vision combined with hands-on/entrepreneurial skills.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and fact-based work approach.
  • Analytical mindset and high level of financial acumen.
