Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Indirect Transformation Manager to join our team at Danone. As a key member of our Chief of Staff Office, you will play a critical role in driving the global direction, performance management, and stakeholder engagement of our Global Indirect and Procurement excellence organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and lead the standard performance management process and squad, driving performance excellence with regular governance, performance monitoring, and reporting.
  • Oversee, coordinate, and drive progress of strategic priorities and transversal assignments/projects to improve procurement standards, efficiency, productivity, compliance, collaboration, and strategic transformation.
  • Set up and maintain governance of key meetings with various stakeholders to drive collaboration and performance.
  • Lead communication and global team events with internal and external stakeholders, including the C&P Leadership team, C&P Global/Regional/Local team, Employees, Suppliers, and External networks.
  • Conduct data-driven analysis, develop business cases, and provide insights and recommendations to support strategic direction and decision-making.
Requirements
  • University degree in a relevant field, such as business, engineering, or MBA.
  • 10 years of professional experience in procurement, with a focus on project management or a related field in an international company.
  • Experience in consulting is a plus.
  • Proven track record of leading and delivering complex, cross-functional, and high-impact projects and initiatives.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, presentation, and influencing skills.
  • Ability to present to a global audience and build highly effective and collaborative relationships.
  • Growth mindset, passion for learning and innovation, and willingness to challenge the status quo and drive continuous improvement.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, and experience with procurement tools and systems.
