Job Description

The Global Key Account Manager plays a pivotal role in driving Somfy's global business growth by fostering strategic partnerships and executing tactical plans to maximize sales potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive 3-year Key Account plans to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, leveraging market insights and fostering collaboration to achieve shared objectives.
  • Identify and capitalize on revenue-generating opportunities, ensuring alignment with Somfy's strategic objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement Key Account plans, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with organizational processes.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, devising strategic plans to optimize profitability and drive business growth.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a relevant field, coupled with 5-10 years of sales experience focused on technical product offerings.
  • Proficiency in English and Dutch, with strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to navigate complex business environments, analyze market trends, and devise strategic plans for growth.
  • Proven capacity to lead and motivate cross-functional teams, with a strong entrepreneurial spirit and digital skills.
