About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator to join our team at HSD Campus. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in guiding our clients and matching the dynamic planning of our ethical hackers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and plan assignments, supporting both customer and internal projects, to ensure a streamlined course of action.
  • Communicate proactively with all stakeholders within HSD Campus to promote cooperation and coordination between departments.
  • Maintain clear communication with internal technical teams and customers, ensuring that all parties are informed and aligned.
  • Address planning and organizational challenges in a problem-solving manner, utilizing your analytical skills to find effective solutions.
  • Support in tracking project progress in our CRM system and preparing and reviewing project-related documentation.
Requirements
  • Experience in supporting teams in planning and client coordination, with a proven track record of success.
  • Fluent in Dutch and good command of the English language, with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate convincingly with diverse personality types, building strong relationships with colleagues and clients.
  • Organized and an eye for detail, with excellent planning and organization skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box.
  • Ability to conduct technical conversations, with a strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts.
  • Affinity with cybersecurity, with a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest developments and trends.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office, with experience in using project management tools and software.
  • Pre: Experience working in technical teams, with a strong understanding of project management principles.
