The role of Business Consultant Reporting is pivotal within the Credit Transformation Office. This office is dedicated to overseeing, monitoring, and reporting on credit change initiatives and other significant transformations within Financing Solutions (FS). These initiatives are crucial for ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and risk management requirements.
Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Business Consultant with a focus on Reporting, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Managing stakeholder relationships at strategic, tactical, and operational levels.
- Coordinating program reporting and facilitating key project meetings, including the Credit Chain Oversight Committee (CCOC).
- Supporting the preparation and organization of essential meetings for senior management.
You will be part of a collaborative team within the Credit Transformation Office, which values open communication and a hands-on approach. Your role will involve synthesizing various initiatives into cohesive reports that span the credit value chain. Successful delivery of results will require strong collaboration with multiple departments, including Client Units, Risk, Finance, IT, and DM&A.
Candidate Profile- Proven experience as a consultant with a strong focus on delivery.
- Ability to analyze complex information and convey insights to diverse audiences.
- Pragmatic approach to translating concepts into actionable plans.
- Passion for enhancing customer experiences through impactful initiatives.
- Proven track record of collaboration across organizational silos.
- Expertise in end-to-end credit processes, change management, or communication strategies.
- Competitive gross monthly salary based on experience and expertise.
