The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Director to lead our migraine product team in Europe. As a key member of our Medical Affairs team, you will be responsible for executing all medical activities and projects for the migraine product, providing scientific and medical leadership, and supporting Teva's products in the migraine/CNS area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the regional strategic brand plans and medical plans for the migraine product in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Provide medical and scientific support to country medical teams, global and regional brand teams, and serve as the European Medical 'point of contact' for the product.
  • Collaborate with Global Scientific Communications to develop and execute publication strategies, and review and approve promotional and non-promotional materials.
  • Lead RWE data generation strategy and execution in Europe, including protocol development, site selection, and project management.
  • Plan and execute European medical congresses, satellite symposia, and other medical events.
Your Experience and Qualifications

We are looking for a Medical Doctor with solid accumulated experience (5+ years) working in the medical department within the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in neurology. You should have experience in launch planning and execution, publication strategy development, and RWE data generation strategy development and execution.

You should also have strong interpersonal skills, excellent collaboration, and the ability to work with different cross-functional teams effectively. A good listener with diplomacy and positive influencing and negotiation skills is essential.
