Customer Service Specialist

Are you looking for a challenging role where you can utilize your customer service skills? We are seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join our team at Movianto in Oss. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be the primary contact for customers, providing and arranging the right collaboration between logistics, planning, and the commercial team.

Who Are You?

  • You have experience in both the logistics sector and customer service.
  • You are flexible, particularly with working hours.
  • You are resilient to stress, analytical, decisive, and meticulous.
  • You have good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Your speak and write in fluent English.
  • Knowledge of parcel delivery, air and sea freight, and customs is a strong advantage.

What Will You Do?

  • Maintain intensive and proactive customer contact and archive documentation.
  • Keep and generate reports for invoicing purposes.
  • Develop customer-specific KPIs.
  • Handle and resolve complaints.
  • Conduct IT tests related to new procedures/processes.
  • Support projects and new client implementations.

  • Movianto is a major international player in the storage and transport of pharmaceuticals.
  • They warehouse medications that can save and extend lives.
  • Movianto recently opened a new warehouse adjacent to their current facility in Oss.
