We are seeking an Educational Content Product Manager who shares our passion and commitment to inclusivity. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the development, creation, and delivery of teaching and learning materials using various formats, including print, digital, videos, and interactive media.

  • You will work closely with our team, including educators, speech-language pathologists (SLP), service designers, and motion designers, to ensure the roll-out of high-quality educational content and materials is smooth and effective.
  • You will maintain a user-centric approach to the development of educational materials, working in a Kanban style to improve and provide the best learning outcomes.
  • Your expertise in teaching and learning needs, strategies, and learning processes, as well as your knowledge of designing and developing educational content, will be invaluable assets to our team.

Your Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience as a product manager or product owner.
  • A Master's degree in education, instructional design, or a related field.
  • Expertise in teaching and learning needs, strategies, and learning processes, as well as in the design and development of educational content.
  • Excellent communication and visionary leadership skills, with a collaborative, results-oriented, team player approach.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Experience with a Kanban approach in a user-centered design environment.
  • Bonus points if you have experience in producing videos or animations.
