Job Description
As an Application Manager, you will:
  • Configure and optimize the Centric Living Environment (CLO) application to ensure seamless integration with the Middelburg work processes.
  • Collaborate with the internal project group and process owners to ensure that the CLO aligns with the organizational goals.
  • Verify that processes match the I-navigator, consult relevant sources, and make necessary adjustments in the application to optimize workflow.
  • Responsible for testing in the test environment and facilitating the go-live in production.
  • Report malfunctions, inform the user organization, assess the impact of issues, and resolve them promptly.
  • Communicate problems and bottlenecks to the supplier and ensure timely resolutions.
Requirements
  • A relevant education at MBO+ or HBO level.
  • Strong communication skills and persuasive abilities.
  • Accuracy, structured thinking, and effective prioritization skills.
  • A few years of experience as an application administrator, with experience in Centric applications and Djuma (Visma) being an advantage.
  • Good analytical skills and the ability to adapt quickly.
  • A collaborative mindset, with a customer-friendly and involved approach.
