About the Role:
As an Application Manager at STAFIDE, you will be responsible for further configuring the Centric Living Environment (CLO) application in the areas of licensing, supervision, and enforcement (VTH system).
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the internal project group and process owners to ensure that the CLO aligns with the Middelburg work processes.
- Verify that processes match the I-navigator, consult relevant sources, and make necessary adjustments in the application to optimize workflow.
- Responsible for testing in the test environment and facilitating the go-live in production.
- Report malfunctions, inform the user organization, assess the impact of issues, and resolve them promptly.
- Communicate problems and bottlenecks to the supplier and ensure timely resolutions.
Requirements:
- A relevant education at MBO+ or HBO level.
- Strong communication skills and persuasive abilities.
- Accuracy, structured thinking, and effective prioritization skills.
- A few years of experience as an application administrator, with experience in Centric applications and Djuma (Visma) being an advantage.
- Good analytical skills and the ability to adapt quickly.
- A collaborative mindset, with a customer-friendly and involved approach.
