The Role

We are seeking a skilled Process Manager to join our team as part of the F126 Frigate Project. As a Process Manager, you will play a central role in defining process flows and implementing processes that align with our contract goals. You will act as a guide, process owner, and lobbyist to engage, motivate, advise, and inspire your working environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategic vision for process implementation, execution, and optimization.
  • Implement and execute key processes in the F126 project, including Risk Management, Configuration Management, Supply Chain, and Data Exchange.
  • Act as the primary contact person for project directors and team members for these processes.
  • Ensure external coordination with the client and subcontractors.
  • Harmonize and ensure consistency in processes across sub-projects for value-adding execution.
  • Ensure progress of process deliverables within team processes or in close cooperation with sub-projects.
  • Create and maintain process management plans according to requirements.
  • Ensure process owners have necessary resources and means.
  • Collaborate with project team and functional line organization for project and line improvement initiatives.
  • Analyze and identify areas for improvement, collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather insights and develop innovative solutions.

Requirements

  • 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the shipbuilding or a related industry.
  • Extensive knowledge of Business Process Management and standards.
  • Experience with the systems engineering approach of complex projects.
  • Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies.
  • Proven experience in leadership, ideally in a technology-driven, project, and process environment.
  • Master's degree in Business Process Management or a technical Bachelor's study with additional relevant process management studies.
  • Excellent references and a pre-employment security screening will be part of the recruitment procedure.
  • Permanent EU citizenship and passport are required.
