Als Process Manager Maritime zul je een cruciale rol spelen in de ontwikkeling van workflows die nodig zijn om projectdoelen te behalen, zoals beschreven in de contract.

Je zult je collega's motiveren, adviseren en engageren terwijl je essentiële samenwerkingen en vereisten beheert. Je primaire taak is om de succesvolle implementatie en uitvoering van processen te waarborgen, met als focus op 'hoe' deze doelen worden bereikt. Bovendien zul je cross-functionele taken coördineren binnen het projectorganisatie om efficiënte en waardevolle resultaten te behalen. Je zult procesverbeteringsinitiatieven leiden en dienst als de primaire contactpersoon voor processen voor het projectmanagementteam, sub-projectleiders en klanten.

Hoofddoelen
  • Formulieren en uitvoeren van een strategisch visie voor procesontwikkeling, implementatie en optimalisatie.
  • Verantwoordelijk zijn voor de uitvoering van kritieke processen, met inbegrip van Risicomanagement, Configuratiesysteembeheer, Leveranciersketen en Gegevenstechnologie.
  • Serven als de primaire contactpersoon voor projectdirecteuren en teamleden met betrekking tot deze processen.
  • Coodineren van buitenaf met klanten en onderaannemers om de algehele overeenstemming te waarborgen.
  • Zorgen voor uniformiteit en consistentie in processen over de sub-projecten om een betere uitvoering te waarborgen.
  • Volgen van de voortgang van procesleveranciers in samenwerking met teamprocessen of sub-projecten.
  • Ontwikkelen en onderhouden van procesbeheerplannen die aan projecteisen voldoen.
Je zult proceseigenaren de nodige middelen en steun bieden. Je zult samenwerken met het projectteam en functionele afdelingen om verbeteringen te stimuleren. Je zult potentieel verbeterbare gebieden analyseren en samenwerken met cross-functionele teams om inzichten en innovatieve oplossingen te genereren.

Je profiel

To slagen als Process Manager, moet je de volgende kwalificaties en eigenschappen hebben:

  • Minder dan 5 jaar ervaring in een relevante sector, idealiter in de scheepsbouw of een soortgelijke industrie.
  • In-deptheid in Business Process Management en geassocieerde normen.
  • Familiariteit met een systems engineering benadering van toepassing op complexe projecten.
  • Ervaring met Lean Six Sigma of andere methodologieën gericht op procesverbetering.
  • Gedemonstreerde leiderschapservaring, vooral in een technologie-gerichte project- en procesomgeving.
Een Master's diploma in Business Process Management of een technisch bachelorstudie met aanvullende studies in procesbeheer zijn essentieel. Sterke referenties zijn vereist, aangezien een voor-uit dienst voor pre-employment beveiliging deel uitmaakt van het selectieproces.
