Job Title: Process Manager Maritime

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Manager to join our team at Nouvall Engineering Services in Vlissingen. As a Process Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping the workflows necessary for achieving project objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Formulate and execute a strategic vision for process development, implementation, and optimization.
  • Be responsible for the execution of critical processes, including Risk Management, Configuration Management, Supply Chain, and Data Exchange.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for project directors and team members regarding these processes.
  • Coordinate externally with clients and subcontractors to ensure alignment.
  • Ensure uniformity and consistency in processes across sub-projects for enhanced execution.
  • Track the progress of process deliverables in collaboration with team processes or sub-projects.
  • Develop and maintain process management plans that meet project requirements.
  • Provide process owners with the resources and support they need.
  • Collaborate with the project team and functional departments to drive improvements.
  • Analyze potential areas for enhancement and work with cross-functional teams to generate insights and innovative solutions.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, ideally within the shipbuilding sector or a similar industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of Business Process Management and associated standards.
  • Familiarity with the systems engineering approach applicable to complex projects.
  • Experience with Lean Six Sigma or other methodologies focused on process improvement.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience, preferably in a technology-oriented project and process environment.
  • A Master's degree in Business Process Management or a technical Bachelor's degree complemented by additional studies in process management.
  • Strong references, as a pre-employment security screening will be part of the recruitment process.

Permanent EU citizenship and a valid passport are required. Candidates holding an EU (work) visa or possessing both EU and non-EU nationality and/or passports will not be considered due to the military nature of the project.
