We are seeking an accomplished Innovation and Process Architect to spearhead technological evolution in our shipbuilding value chain. The ideal candidate will drive the implementation of innovation strategies, leveraging emerging technologies such as Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE), Digital Engineering, and Industry 4.0.

This role requires strong technical expertise, project management skills, and collaboration with internal specialists. As a Process Architect, you will develop comprehensive innovation strategies, manage budgets and resources, and oversee projects to integrate innovative solutions into process development while mitigating risks.

The key accountabilities include:

  • Developing a robust innovation roadmap with clear goals and timelines
  • Managing project budgets, resources, and adherence to timelines
  • Providing direct technical expertise and insights to the process development team
  • Developing integration plans for seamless incorporation of innovative technologies into existing systems
  • Championing the adoption of new technologies in the design process and practices
  • Leading and overseeing research and development projects to validate innovative solutions

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • At least 10 years of experience leading or contributing to research, development, and innovation projects, preferably in the naval or maritime engineering domain
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant specialization
  • Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal
  • Possession of permanent EU citizenship and passport

As a valued member of our team, you can expect:

  • A competitive salary of approximately €100,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience
  • 27 holidays and 13 ADV days
  • Travel allowance of 23 cents per kilometre
  • PME-pension arrangement with an employer contribution of 60%
