We are seeking a highly skilled Process Manager to join our team at Damen Naval, responsible for defining process flows and managing project implementation. With a strong background in Business Process Management and Lean Six Sigma methodologies, you will drive process improvement initiatives and ensure efficient execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic vision for process implementation and optimization.
  • Manage key processes in the F126 project, including Risk Management, Configuration Management, Supply Chain, and Data Exchange.
  • Act as a point of contact for project directors and team members regarding these processes.
  • Ensure external coordination with clients and subcontractors.
  • Harmonize and ensure consistency in processes across sub-projects for value-added execution.

Requirements:

  • 5 years of experience in a shipbuilding or related industry, preferably with a Master's degree in Business Process Management or a technical Bachelor's study with additional relevant process management studies.
  • Extensive knowledge of Business Process Management and standards.
  • Experience with systems engineering approach of complex projects.
  • Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary ranging from €90,000 to €120,000 per annum, depending on experience, with 8% holiday pay.
  • 27 holidays and 13 ADV days.
  • Travel allowance of 23 cents per kilometre.
  • PME-pension arrangement with an employer contribution of 60%.
  • Profit sharing based on company results.
