Process Manager Maritime

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Manager to join our team at Nouvall Engineering Services in Vlissingen. As a Process Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping the workflows necessary for achieving project objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Formulate and execute a strategic vision for process development, implementation, and optimization.
- Be responsible for the execution of critical processes, including Risk Management, Configuration Management, Supply Chain, and Data Exchange.
- Serve as the primary liaison for project directors and team members regarding these processes.
- Coordinate externally with clients and subcontractors to ensure alignment.
- Ensure uniformity and consistency in processes across sub-projects for enhanced execution.
- Track the progress of process deliverables in collaboration with team processes or sub-projects.
- Develop and maintain process management plans that meet project requirements.
- Provide process owners with the resources and support they need.
- Collaborate with the project team and functional departments to drive improvements.
- Analyze potential areas for enhancement and work with cross-functional teams to generate insights and innovative solutions.
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, ideally within the shipbuilding sector or a similar industry.
- In-depth knowledge of Business Process Management and associated standards.
- Familiarity with the systems engineering approach applicable to complex projects.
- Experience with Lean Six Sigma or other methodologies focused on process improvement.
- Demonstrated leadership experience, preferably in a technology-oriented project and process environment.
- A Master's degree in Business Process Management or a technical Bachelor's degree complemented by additional studies in process management.
