We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team in the Netherlands. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing commercial strategies to grow our business in Benelux, France, and Iberia.
Key Responsibilities:- Build and execute new commercial strategies to grow our business in Benelux, France, and Iberia.
- Develop and maintain relationships with distributors and agents across Europe.
- Work closely with partners to ensure core distribution and sales targets are met.
- Train and support sales agents/distributors to sell our product range into key end-user accounts.
- Develop and negotiate joint yearly business commercial plans and targets in alignment with regional objectives.
- Education to at least degree level within a business, chemistry, or engineering discipline.
- Knowledge of the Adhesives or Industrial Chemical Sector is desirable.
- Proven track record of researching and establishing new partners.
- Experience in managing distributors and successfully implementing change initiatives.
- Good commercial business planning and knowledge of export, logistics, or supply chain management.
- Basic salary: €85,000 - €90,000.
- Bonus.
- Car or allowance.
- Location: home-based in the Netherlands.
- Commutable locations: Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Utrecht.
