Job Summary

Marel is seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team in West Europe. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining our machines at customer sites across the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and execute installation jobs, ensuring timely and efficient completion.
  • Conduct service visits to troubleshoot production issues and provide technical support to customers.
  • Manage local employees in larger installation projects, ensuring effective collaboration and communication.
  • Keep customers informed of progress and provide regular updates.
  • Train customers on equipment operation and maintenance, and provide feedback to colleagues.

Requirements

  • Hold a degree in Mechanical or Mechatronics engineering, or a vocational level degree in the same area with several years of relevant experience.
  • Have basic knowledge of electrical and controls engineering, and a strong affinity with process engineering and/or food production.
  • Be proficient in the English language and possess relevant EU travel and work documents.
  • Be willing to travel regionally and work independently, with flexibility and stress resilience.
