SalaryWe offer an estimated annual salary of €60,000 - €80,000, depending on experience and qualifications, as well as a comprehensive benefits package.

Job DescriptionThe Property Accountant plays a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial information. Key responsibilities include:

- Developing effective relationships with operational departments, accounting teams, and other business stakeholders.
- Overseeing daily property accounting operations, including email management, inquiry resolution, and problem-solving.
- Supporting annual service charge reconciliations and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Managing insurance claims policy at the European level, performing regular reviews, and taking necessary actions.
- Maintaining balance sheet accounts' accuracy, performing final reconciliations, investigating discrepancies, and creating action plans to correct differences.
- Performing various analyses, reviewing operating revenue, defining and posting rent leveling, rent accruals, and prepayments.
- Reviewing tenant leases and calculating rent leveling where necessary.
- Providing status updates, KPIs, documenting accounting processes, and implementing internal controls.
