Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Pega Lead Business Architect to join our Customer Journey team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will work closely with business developers and IT engineers to design, analyze, and implement strategic business processes using Pega software.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement business processes using Pega software, ensuring alignment with business requirements and organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop solutions that meet customer expectations.
  • Work closely with Pega System Architects to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and optimize the customer experience.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Pega software and its applications in business process management.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members on Pega-related matters.

Requirements

  • Higher education level, preferably in computer science.
  • Multiple years of experience in design and implementation of PRPC-based solutions in a leadership role.
  • Pega Certified Business Architect certification.
  • 8+ years of experience optimizing business processes in the context of Pega functionality.
  • Good understanding of Agile, Design Thinking, and Value Stream Mapping.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Financial domain knowledge.
