CoolGames is seeking a passionate intern to join our team as a Community Manager Intern focused on casual gaming.

Key Responsibilities

As a Community Management Intern, you will:
  • Collaborate closely with game teams, designers, and producers to enhance game experiences;
  • Devise innovative strategies to maintain community engagement;
  • Establish and manage a Discord server for one of our games;
  • Create and oversee content calendars;
  • Promote game updates and new releases;
  • Generate daily and weekly content;
  • Monitor community feedback and address issues;
  • Assist users by responding to inquiries and concerns;

Social Media Management

You will be responsible for managing our Discord server, Facebook communities, and game pages. Additionally, you will create social media profiles for new games, ensuring regular updates on our latest and existing titles.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for someone who:
  • Exhibits excellent communication skills both in-person and online;
  • Is enthusiastic about sharing engaging content on various social media platforms;
  • Can generate creative ideas and collaborate with the art team to produce compelling posts;
  • Understands social networking dynamics and gamer motivations;
  • Is proactive and imaginative;
  • Has a genuine passion for social media and community engagement.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should possess:
  • Proficiency in social media platforms (Discord, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram);
  • Familiarity with Discord functionalities;
  • Knowledge of Facebook Instant Games and its social features;
  • Basic technical troubleshooting skills;
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken;
  • Experience with art tools (e.g., Photoshop) is advantageous;
  • Experience managing or being an admin of a Discord server is a plus.
