Job Description

As a Sales Support Specialist, you will provide technical support to valued customers. Your responsibilities include processing orders, monitoring inventory, and providing top-notch support to our field sales team. You will also join internal teams to resolve issues and identify areas for improvement, as well as help in developing training materials for our customers.


Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A High School Diploma (AA degree preferred)
  • 1 - 2 years of experience in industry, especially not with computer/server business
  • A keen eye for detail
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, in English
  • Willingness to take challenges to pick up the job quickly when it's needed
