Drive Growth and Innovation

You will be accountable for driving profitable growth initiatives, in alignment with the region's strategy and commercial leaders. Your goal will be to own the portfolio creation and management in your domain, with a focus on long-term customer satisfaction, competitive advantage, market share, and profitability across the portfolio of offerings, including third-party solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all solutions, products, and services assigned to you in a responsible manner over the entire life cycle for assigned countries in close collaboration with country business leadership.
  • Develop and own the product and service portfolio to match customer and market needs.
  • Initiate New Product Introduction roadmaps and influence Global Products and third-party feature requirements to drive growth.
  • Create business cases in relation to projects and product requirements.
  • Provide direct sales support as a first expert point of contact for special solutions and requirements.
  • Coordinate and support the roll-out of new products, product enhancements, and End-of-Life activities.
  • Support the maintenance, design, development, and distribution of sales and marketing support material, training, and technical documentation jointly with the marketing department.

Requirements

Essential

  • Experience in CCTV or Access Controls or Intrusion Detection (Security)
  • Previous experience in Sales role
  • Good skills in Microsoft Office
  • High degree of self-initiative and flexibility
  • Target- and results-oriented working
  • Assertiveness and high degree of self-confidence
  • Good self-management and structured approach
  • Good knowledge in project and time management

Desirable

  • Degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering, or Marketing, or similar
  • Technical Background in Electrical or Electronic Engineering
  • Familiarity with country business processes and countries-specific regulation
  • Good skills in Sales Force
