Role Overview
Coty is seeking a highly skilled Global E-Commerce Project Manager to drive digital acceleration and contribute to the company's net revenue growth, penetration, and online market share gains.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive indirect e-commerce strategies tailored to Coty's brands to drive global sales and increase online market share.
- Lead and manage e-commerce projects from conception to execution, including distribution expansion, building digital capabilities, and fostering commercial uniformity.
- Monitor global indirect e-commerce key performance indicators (KPIs) and international pureplayer Global Joint Business Plans (JBPs), analyzing data to generate actionable insights and improve performance.
- Manage the global indirect e-commerce budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to drive ROI.
Requirements
- 5+ years of CPG e-commerce experience with comprehensive knowledge of international pureplayers' business models and e-retail strategies.
- Strong collaboration skills, digitally savvy, and excellent commercial acumen.
- Fluent English, both spoken and written, with other languages a plus.
