About the Role

Metyis is a fast-growing international company seeking an experienced E-Commerce Director to join our Digital Commerce global team. As a key member of our team, you will drive our business growth through the establishment of high-impact partnerships, particularly focusing on B2B e-commerce.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive global partnership strategy to elevate the brand's global presence.
  • Lead and execute business development initiatives, with a specific emphasis on B2B e-commerce channels.
  • Oversee and manage large-scale projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders on a global scale.
  • Accelerate the pace of digital innovation, providing high-impact insights to enhance decision-making across the organization.
  • Steer business, acquisition, analytics, operations, and technology to offer the best-in-class user experience.

Requirements

  • Entrepreneurial spirit and a proven track record of managing large-scale projects.
  • Years of experience in e-commerce, with clear and demonstrable P&L experience and strong operational rigor.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and managing B2B partnership and strategies.
  • Experience of a fast growth, in an international and matrixed corporate environment.
  • Consumer-focused mindset and exceptional analytical skills.
  • Strong organizational and process management skills, as well as team building and developer of people.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in English and any additional languages considered an advantage.
