Our AI-driven offerings include retargeting services and impactful branding campaigns featuring highly effective Video Ads.

Since the inception of our operations in the Benelux region in 2017, we have quickly positioned ourselves as a reliable partner for esteemed brands in sectors such as Fashion, Travel, and Home.
We adopt a 'remote-first' policy, providing our team members with the flexibility to work remotely most of the time. To foster a strong team culture and facilitate valuable face-to-face interactions, we aim to convene monthly at our Amsterdam office.
With a dedicated team of over 15 professionals in the Benelux area, we are in a phase of continuous growth and have ambitious expansion plans.
Team Dynamics
The sales division in the Benelux is dedicated to enhancing client businesses by delivering exceptional digital advertising solutions characterized by professionalism, integrity, and enthusiasm. This team is instrumental in launching the company's innovative products into the market, collaborating closely with technical and account management teams to ensure optimal campaign performance.
The team oversees the complete sales process from prospecting to closing, contributes to strategic market positioning in the Benelux, and nurtures robust client relationships at all levels. They engage with major brands, manage senior client interactions, and participate in significant industry events, with the role reporting directly to the Head of Sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing, driving sales with prominent e-commerce brands in the region;
- Engage directly with Directors and senior decision-makers on the client side;
- Collaborate with technical and account management teams to ensure campaign success;
- Contribute to strategic growth as a digital market leader in the Benelux region;
- Develop strategies to address client needs and secure new business while providing updates on sales process status for existing and potential customers;
- Maintain and enhance client relationships at all business levels;
- Participate in major industry events.
Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience in direct B2B sales within digital marketing or advertising, showcasing success in selling high-value, complex solutions to e-commerce and marketing teams at large corporations using a consultative selling approach;
- In-depth knowledge of e-commerce and online advertising, along with an established network of key contacts and decision-makers in the industry;
- Demonstrated capability to forecast sales, create sales plans, and translate customer needs into profitable solutions while consistently achieving KPIs in mid to long-term sales cycles;
- Strong analytical skills, self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset, and a positive achiever attitude;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in Dutch and English (C1 or above);
- Recognized as a thought leader in online advertising, e-commerce, and/or performance marketing industries, capable of building a vision with prospects and establishing effective relationships with key stakeholders.
