Job Summary
IPConfigure is seeking a Full-time Director of Sales to drive revenue growth and expand the company's European market. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sales management and a deep understanding of the competitive landscape.
Duties/Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand the company's European market.
- Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and engineering, to align prioritization and resources.
- Act as a company representative at trade association events.
Requirements
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for sales and revenue growth.
- Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Deep knowledge of the competitive landscape and the ability to analyze market trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Proven track record of reaching and exceeding sales targets.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 5+ years of sales management experience with a proven track record of revenue growth.
