In deze rol als Food and Beverage Management Trainee word je opgeleid en begeleid naar de rol van Supervisor. Je richt je op de Food & Beverage-afdeling en zorgt ervoor dat alles op rolletjes loopt in het restaurant, de bar, de roomservice en Meeting & Events Operations.

Verantwoordelijkheden
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het uitpakken van stoelen en tafels en het zetten van glazen in de bar.
  • Je herziet vaste standaarden en aanpast of maakt SOP's om de hele operatie soepel te laten verlopen.
  • Je werkt samen met het Food & Beverage team om ervoor te zorgen dat alle F&B outlets soepel draaien.
  • Je assisteert en werkt samen met de Supervisors en Managers van de outlets om na een bepaalde periode taken op supervisorniveau uit te voeren.
