Beach Club Operations Director

The Cavalry Global is seeking a seasoned Operations Manager to lead the daily operations of our prominent beach club in the Netherlands.
About the RoleAs the Operations Manager, you will oversee the Front of House (FOH) operations as part of a management team of three. Your responsibilities will include managing a large team of over 100 staff members during peak season, guiding and supporting the management team, establishing and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and engaging with a diverse crowd of local and international guests.

- Guide and support the management team in achieving operational excellence.
- Establish and maintain SOPs to ensure consistent service standards.
- Engage with a diverse crowd of local and international guests.
- Partner with senior management to drive high standards in service, training, and guest satisfaction.
We are looking for an experienced leader with a strong focus on guest experience and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have:
- A proven track record of managing large teams in a hospitality setting.
- Experience with implementing SOPs and improving operational efficiency.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Fluency in Dutch, essential for connecting with our predominantly local guest base.
- An international outlook and ability to think outside the box to stay ahead of the competition.
We offer a competitive salary range of €4,000 - €6,000 per month, plus tips and a potential future bonus scheme. You will also have the opportunity to work in a renowned beach club that combines excellent service, relaxed beach settings, and a lively atmosphere. Our year-round contract starts in January or February, allowing for seasonal planning and preparation.
