About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Lab Technician to join our team at the Seed Health Laboratory. As a key member of the Virology/Media Prep Group, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our seed testing processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development and implementation of quality control procedures
  • Conduct laboratory tests and analyses to ensure seed quality
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues
  • Participate in the maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a life science or related field preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a laboratory setting, preferably in seed testing or a related field
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
