Human Resources Intern

Join us at Rituals as a Human Resources Intern and gain valuable experience in a dynamic and innovative environment. In this role, you will be part of the Talent Acquisition team at our Central Head Office in Amsterdam, responsible for planning job interviews, liaising with candidates, and attending interviews to gain insight into the recruitment process. You will also assist the People & Organization Development team with tasks such as organizing monthly onboarding, our global training offer, and supporting other development programs. As a fully-fledged colleague and team member, you will interact with stakeholders from different departments and contribute to the success of our recruitment efforts.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the Talent Acquisition team with recruitment planning and candidate liaison
- Attending job interviews and gaining insight into the recruitment process
- Assisting the People & Organization Development team with tasks such as onboarding and training
- Contributing to the development of recruitment strategies and initiatives
Requirements:
- HBO / WO student within the field of HRM / Educational Sciences / A&O Psychology (related studies are welcome)
- Ready for an internship for four to five days (5 or 6 months) in an international environment
- Strong communication skills and fluency in English (spoken and written)
- Entrepreneurial, proactive, and analytical personality with a hands-on mentality
