About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team at Lineage Logistics. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to drive growth and expansion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively engage with potential new customers to understand their requirements and sell cold storage space and logistics services that meet their business needs.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new clients to identify new deal opportunities.
  • Respond to inbound sales queries from potential customers and create tailored proposals to meet their specific needs.
  • Participate in formal tenders and negotiate contracts to secure new business.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in new business B2B sales in a structured and professional organization, preferably with a multinational presence.
  • Ability to work to individual targets and generate sales leads.
  • Fluency in English to a professional level and fluency in Dutch is essential.
