About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Transformation Consultant to join our Credit Transformation Office at ABN AMRO Bank. As a Business Transformation Consultant, you will play a key role in the execution of our lending strategy, working closely with the Head of the Credit Transformation Office to ensure successful bank-wide execution of the Future Credit Domain (FCD) initiatives.

Your Responsibilities

  • Manage stakeholder relationships on strategic, tactical, and operational levels through program reporting and coordination for important project meetings, Credit Chain Oversight Committee (CCOC).
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the end-to-end credit processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Client Units, Risk, Finance, IT, and DM&A, to deliver the FCD results.
  • Initiate and lead specific interventions to drive business transformation and improve credit risk management capabilities.
  • Communicate effectively with diverse audiences, including senior management, stakeholders, and team members.

Your Profile

  • Proven experience as a consultant with a strong delivery mindset and ability to analyze complex business problems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Pragmatic and results-driven, with a passion for creating business impact that benefits customers.
  • Ability to translate ideas into actions and mobilize people throughout the organization.
  • Deep understanding of credit risk management and change management principles.
