- Capture and analyze structured requirements in the form of User Stories
- Contribute to solutions testing and UAT, identifying potential improvements to the domain solution, processes, and strategic platforms
- Report testing outcomes
- Provide effort, cost estimates, and work breakdown structure for business analysis, design, UAT, and rollout phases
- Support proof of concepts for new technology developments and maintain the agency's technology standards
- Data and Entity Relationship Modelling (ER)
- Information flow modelling
- Translate business requirements into system requirements with precision and quality required for a development team
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst
- Experience in supporting projects using Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Azure, PowerApps Portal, MS Dynamics 365, MS SharePoint Online, and/or data analytics technologies Synapse, SQL DWH, Power BI
- Desirable experience in working with Azure DevOps or JIRA
- Experience of the full development lifecycle of complex large-scale and multi-user applications
- Demonstrable experience of business and systems analysis in complex IT projects
- Experience working with key users in a fast-paced and changing business environment to design and develop software that meets business needs
- Experience using agile software development methodologies (i.e., Kanban, Scrum, and other lean techniques)
- Desirable experience of working on high-visibility projects in traditional environments with strong project governance (e.g., highly regulated environments)
- Desirable experience in producing defining and documenting Product and Services Roadmaps
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English (C1 level)
