About the RoleOur stores are the lifeblood of our business, serving as the primary touchpoints with our ever-evolving consumer base. To deliver exceptional customer experiences, we seek individuals who embody our values, are passionate about delivering great service, and are adaptable to change and evolution.
Responsibilities- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
- Act as the first point of contact for authorizing discounts and resolving customer queries
- Be a brand ambassador, demonstrating in-depth product knowledge
- Build and maintain professional relationships with customers
- Assist customers with outfit building and product recommendations
- Assess customers' needs and provide information on product features
- Drive store KPIs and suggest ways to improve
- Maintain shop and stock room organization and presentation
