Job Description
The Pricing Intern will be primarily responsible for supporting Global SI pricing strategy with data analysis and change management. This position will work closely with Pricing leads, analytics, global technology, finance, procurement, and sales teams globally.
This position will report to the Pricing Manager, Pricing Specialty Ingredients and be located in Amsterdam, Netherlands
Job Responsibilities
- Review and support pricing analysis using supporting materials, pricing tools, and data to determine acceptability of price proposals;
- Develop custom analysis using quantitative and qualitative data to inform pricing recommendations by customer and product;
- Work cross functionally to support pricing activities of strategic customer accounts with in-depth knowledge of customer contracts and pricing obligations and analysis of global pricing.
Job Requirements
- Rising Junior/Senior studying towards a bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics or related OR first year master's student in a 2 year program;
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to structure the problem, collect data, identify issues, and present results;
- Demonstrated capacity to excel within fast-paced work environment;
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities effectively within a team-based work environment;
- Experience with Power BI and large ERP systems (e.g. SAP, JDE, etc.) is a plus.
