Digital Enablement Manager

Are you a seasoned professional looking to drive growth and innovation in the technology landscape? At KPMG-Netherlands, we're seeking a Digital Enablement Manager to lead the delivery of consultancy services around software development practices and technical reviews. This role requires a strong affinity for IT processes and team dynamics, with in-depth knowledge of Agile, DevOps, and Software development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the realization of revenue through marketing and sales activities.
- Maintain, build and expand our client- and engagement portfolio.
- Identify new market opportunities and cultivate relationships with potential clients and partners.
- Take the lead in acquiring and executing engagements in the field of Agile/DevOps delivery processes or technical assessment of software solutions.
- Project management and quality control during the execution of engagements.
- Organize technology-oriented commercial events.
Requirements:
- Completed Bachelor/Master's degree studies in a technical domain.
- A minimum of 7 years experience in both project delivery and business development.
- Proven mastery in consultative sales and building relationships.
- A proactive communicator with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in both Dutch and English.
