Join Kramp as we seek a highly skilled Procurement Excellence Specialist to drive strategic procurement excellence and drive business value across the organization. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for leading complex projects, managing cross-functional teams, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support complex projects, ensuring timely delivery and within budget.
  • Manage cross-functional teams to drive business objectives and enhance procurement processes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to enhance procurement efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to procurement teams to foster a culture of excellence and continuous learning.

About the Role:

  • Report directly to the Procurement Excellence Manager.
  • Collaborate with an international team of 5 Procurement Managers, 27 Supplier Managers, and 15 Supplier Specialists.
  • Work with Category Management, Supply Chain Management, Purchase Order Management, Product Quality & Compliance, Logistics, Distribution, Data & Analytics team, and Finance.

Requirements:

  • Result-focused.

  • Strong stakeholder management, change management, and communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent level of work experience and a background in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or Business Management.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Project Management in an international organization, preferably in a procurement or supply chain department.
  • Experience in Lean Six Sigma.
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language. Dutch language would be an advantage.
