About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager Technical Services to join our team. As a key member of our Operational Excellence division, you will play a pivotal role in driving the development of our technical maintenance and facility management capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead a team of 30 employees, including direct supervision of 4 managers Technical Service and Facility Managers.
  2. Strategically develop technical maintenance and facility management within Arvato.
  3. Further develop standards for mechanizations, technology, processes, and system support.
  4. Establish service levels to achieve business objectives.
  5. Budget management for the technical and facility cluster.
  6. Develop strategies for the management of spare parts and supplier contracts.
  7. Risk management and optimization of business processes.
  8. Oversee the multi-year maintenance plan and its implementation.
  9. Responsible for asset management and maintenance of buildings and installations.
  10. Implement LEAN methodologies within the department.
  11. Manage projects within the department.
  12. Develop the team by coaching and training.

Requirements

  • HBO+/University level of education.
  • At least 5 years of relevant work experience in maintenance management, preferably in contract logistics or (process) industry.
  • Experience in running up a maintenance organization.
  • Strong leadership skills and experience in managing teams.
  • Excellent analytical skills and risk assessment.
  • Customer-oriented attitude and outstanding planning and organizational skills.
  • Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
