About the Role:
- Develop and execute a strategic growth plan to drive sales revenue and expand market share.
- BUILD AND MAINTAIN A HEALTHY SALES PIPELINE with a high volume of opportunities.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing account base/sales pipeline.
- Collaborate with senior leadership team to establish a growth plan for each account.
- Act as a trusted advisor, adopting a consultative approach to each engagement.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- 5+ years' experience in a high-volume sales role within the technology industry is essential.
- Fluent in Dutch & English is essential.
- Previous experience in SaaS is desired.
- Confident in working strategically to grow large, enterprise, complex accounts.
- Experience working to set targets and KPI's.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Salesforce experience would be beneficial.
- UK or Dutch resident, with full rights to work in either territory.
