Join Our Team as a Food and Beverage Management Intern

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Food and Beverage Management Intern at Park Plaza Victoria Amsterdam. As a key member of our F&B team, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience and insights into the execution of managerial duties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the management of food and beverage operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff supervision.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the F&B team to achieve sales targets and improve profitability.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Contribute to the development of new ideas and initiatives to improve the F&B experience.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage operations and management principles.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
